Dixieline Lumber and Home Centers

We have  been working with Alex in the Millworks department for almost a month trying to figure out which entry door is best for our home. He has been so patient and taken so much time to explain all the options and materials and details. Dixieline offered competitive prices and fast delivery times. Alex's excellent customer service made us feel like we are one of their most important customers.

This Dixieline is not as big as your typical Home Depot or Lowe’s, but they still have an excellent selection of your basic home improvement and hardware needs. Prices are similar to the bigger stores as well. Staff was plentiful and very helpful.

We dropped in here to buy some shovels for the beach, so the kids could play in the sand. They had great prices. They have excellent customer service. They had some really good sales on patio furniture, so we bought a collapsible table to take to the beach to put our drinks and phones on.

The staff is always so helpful - seems like they have the solution and parts I need for just about everything.  Love that they have plants delivered twice a week.

I shop here because of business needs but unfortunately not the best in service needs. Only one associate in the lumber yard with many customers over him.  I had to wait a LOOONG! period of time! Very disappointed!
